No person shall tell fortunes for money unless a license therefor
has been issued by the Board of License Commissioners. The fee for
each license granted under this chapter shall be $50 per year, commencing
January 1 of each year.

Said license shall be granted only to applicants who have resided
continuously in the City for at least 12 months immediately preceding
the date of the application. No such license shall be transferred
or assigned.

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punished
by a fine of $100.
