(a)
For
purposes of this section, “smoke” or “smoking”
includes the carrying or holding of a lighted pipe, cigar or cigarette
of any kind or any other lighted smoking equipment or device, and
the lighting of or emitting or exhaling the smoke of a pipe, cigar
or cigarette of any kind.
(b)
It
is unlawful for any person to knowingly or intentionally smoke within
the municipal building.
(c)
Nothing
in this section excuses noncompliance with any state or federal law
or city ordinance or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto
which prohibits smoking.
