It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or permit any cows, horses, mules, jacks, jennys, goats, sheep, swine, or any other livestock of any character to run at large upon the streets, alleys, public highways, public parks, or public lands, or upon any vacant lot or lots within the city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep on premises under his control within the city any livestock in such a manner that same will be located closer than fifty (50) feet from any person’s living quarters other than the owner of the livestock. It shall further be unlawful to keep any such livestock in an area wherein there is less than five thousand (5,000) square feet per head of livestock so kept, to which five thousand (5,000) square feet each such animal shall have unrestricted access.

(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep or cause to be kept, for any purpose whatever, any swine within the following described portions of the city, such districts being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a point being the north side of Browning Avenue and Hickory Street, thence south on Hickory Street to Kezee Avenue, thence west to Maple Street, thence south to Townsend Avenue, thence west to China Street, thence south to unnamed street, thence west following a straight line to the southwest corner of Division 60, thence north following a straight line to the southwest corner of the GMGG Survey, thence offsetting west in the GMGG Survey, thence north to South Texas Avenue to take in Lots 11-12-13-14 and 15 in the GMGG Survey, thence east to the southwest corner of Division 58, thence following a straight line north to Mitchel Avenue, thence east to Mesquite Street, thence north to Logan Avenue, thence east to Cottonwood corner of Block 117 W. Lev. Ex., thence north to the NW corner of Block 117 W, Lev. Ex., thence east to Pecan Street, thence north to Willis Street, thence east to Cedar Street, thence north to Fester Street, thence east to Pine Street, thence south to the northwest corner of Block 64 Lev. Ex., thence following a straight line east to Maple Street, thence south to Browning Avenue, thence east on Browning Avenue to the starting point.
(b) 
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this section, upon conviction of such violation, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined in the amount not to exceed $100.0 in the city court.
