(a) 
When the county declares a burn ban, the city will automatically be under the same burn ban.
(b) 
Exceptions are when the fire chief deems it necessary for the city to declare a burn ban when the county is not under one.
(c) 
The city council will call a special meeting to vote on the burn ban just for the city.

(a) 
The legal definition of a mobile service unit is a vehicle, tank truck or other mobile device from which flammable liquid used as motor fuel may, as an act of retail sale, be dispensed into the fuel tank of a motor vehicle. The definition of flammable liquid does not include butane or propane.
(b) 
It shall be unlawful for anyone to operate, maintain, retail sell or dispense fuel from a mobile service unit within the city limits.
(c) 
The penalty, upon conviction, for operating a mobile service unit within the city limits shall be a fine up to $1,000.00 or a jail sentence up to sixty (60) days, or both.
