(a) 
It shall be unlawful for anyone to drink alcoholic beverages on the public streets in the city.
(b) 
The city council will abide by and enforce all state laws regarding the drinking of alcoholic beverages.
(c) 
The penalty, upon conviction, for drinking alcoholic beverages on a public street in the city shall be a fine not to exceed $200.00 or less than $50.00.

(a) 
Use on city property.
It shall be unlawful for anyone to use a metal detector in search of buried treasures on city property.
(b) 
Penalty.
The penalty, upon conviction, shall be a fine not to exceed $50.00 for the first offense. The second offense will carry a higher fine.
