Any person, or the individual members or agents of any firm or corporation, or the managing official, agent or employee of any firm or corporation, who shall violate any section of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction in the corporate court of the city shall be fined not less than $10.00 nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), and each violation thereof shall constitute a separate offense.

Vehicles weighing more than four tons (loaded or empty) will not be left standing or parked, unless in the process of delivering or picking up cargo, in any place other than a designated truck parking area within the city limits.

A vehicle route for vehicles weighing more than four (4) tons is established as follows: State Highway No. 6 between the north and south city limits, and F.M. 979 from the east city limits to the west city limits and State Highway No. 1644 from the east city limits to the west city limits. These streets and/or highways are hereby established as truck routes. Trucks proceeding to and from pickup and delivery stops will proceed via the most reasonable and direct route from and to the truck route.
