Engineering Fees
Engineering plan review (associated with platting): Engineering plan review fee shall be the total actual cost for engineering plan review by the town's civil engineering firm. Engineering plan review deposit fee shall be assessed as an initial deposit.
The initial deposit payment shall be as follows:
