Editor's note–Former article 13.06 pertaining to industrial waste and deriving from Ordinance 19 adopted 5/22/72, was repealed by Ordinance 018-2025 adopted 9/15/2025.
The City Council hereby adopts the City of Haslet Industrial Wastewater Ordinance, as may be amended from time to time, copies of which are on file in the office of the City Secretary for permanent record and inspection. The Director of Public Works, or their designee, is hereby authorized and directed to enforce all provisions of the City of Haslet Industrial Wastewater Ordinance, as adopted herein and as amended.
