No satellite dish shall be erected, constructed, altered or
maintained on any lot within the city without first obtaining from
the building official a permit for the installation of same. The fee
for such permit shall be $5.00.

All satellite dishes located outside of a building shall meet
the following requirements:
(1)
All
setback requirements for property lines shall be complied with.
(2)
No satellite dish may be located in a front or side yard as defined in section 14.02.002 of this code.
(3)
No
satellite dish may be mounted on a roof in an R-1 or R-2 district
as shown by the official zoning map, as amended.

Any violation of this article is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
In addition to any other relief provided by this article, the city
attorney or anyone acting on his own behalf may apply to a court of
competent jurisdiction for an injunction prohibiting continuation
of any violation of this article. Such application for relief may
include seeking a temporary restraining order, temporary injunction
and permit injunction.
