The following rules and regulations be enforced at Lake Junction and City/Schreiner Park:
(1)
No hunting or trapping shall be allowed.
(2)
State fishing laws shall apply.
(3)
No discharge of any firearms shall be allowed.
(4)
It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly dump or otherwise dispose of trash, junk, garbage, refuse, unsightly matter, or any other waste on the grounds of the City/Schreiner Park or in Lake Junction.
(5)
It shall be unlawful to have, use, possess, or dispose of any glass beverage containers in City/Schreiner Park or upon Lake Junction.
(6)
It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly pick, pull, uproot, dig up, cut, break, injure, burn or otherwise destroy any tree upon land owned by the city.
(7)
No ground fires shall be allowed.
(8)
All motorized vehicles shall be street-legal and will be permitted only on developed and designated park roadway systems and parking areas.
(9)
Speed limit on improved roads within the City/Schreiner Park shall be fifteen (15) miles per hour.
(10)
No commercial activities will be permitted on property owned by the city without proper authority from the city council.
(11)
Animals taken upon land owned by the city shall be under restraint by a responsible individual at all times.
(12)
No admittance will be allowed within 200 feet of the city water wells without proper authority from an authorized city official.
(13)
No person or persons shall locate, build, or construct any dock, boathouse or other structure that projects out from the shore of Lake Junction into the body of said lake without first obtaining a permit from the city council.
(14)
It shall be unlawful to operate a powerboat within 200 feet of the city water intake.
(15)
It shall be unlawful to camp overnight or to erect a tent or any other temporary shelter in City/Schreiner Park for more than three (3) nights without proper authority from an authorized city official.
(16)
Public display or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
(A)
Exception.
The public display or consumption of alcoholic beverages may be allowed by the city council solely upon the determination of the city council and upon the issuance of a written permit for city sponsored or approved events, including, but not limited to fiestas, parades, or public events. Any written permit will have a date and time for the beginning and end of the event and a location for the event in the park.
(17)
Prohibiting drilling and mining or the reopening of any abandoned well or mine in Lake Junction and City/Schreiner Park.
