(a) The city hereby designates, until further action by the city council, a part of a certain tract, parcel or plot of land in block 5, east, Town of Junction, Kimble County, Texas, as grounds for the use and benefit of the Junction High School and Junction Youth Baseball League.
(b) The Junction High School shall have the sole and exclusive right, use and management of the grounds herein designated while school athletics are in progress, including but not limited to spring practice, regular season and playoffs, and such grounds shall be under the exclusive supervision, use and management of the Junction High School athletic personnel during this time.
(c) The Junction Youth Baseball League shall have the sole and exclusive right, use and management of the grounds herein designated for the remainder of the year and such grounds shall be under the exclusive supervision, use and management of the Junction Youth Baseball League, its officers and directors during this time.
(d) Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined in accordance with the general penalty provision set forth in section
1.01.009 of this code, and each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
