Any person who fails to comply with or violates any of the provisions
of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined in accordance with the general penalty provisions
of this Code of Ordinances, and each and every day of such violation
shall be deemed a separate and complete offense. However, this shall
not prohibit the city in obtaining a court injunction, if deemed necessary,
for violations within the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
