Section 100.250 Procedure For Sale Of Real Property Owned In Fee Simple.

A. Real property owned in fee simple by the City of Cole Camp, Missouri, may be sold to private individuals, but only upon compliance with the following procedure:

1. The real property is declared by the Board of Aldermen to be surplus, and no longer needed for any purpose by the City of Cole Camp, Missouri;

2. The real property is appraised by an appraiser licensed to practice in the State of Missouri and paid by the City of Cole Camp, Missouri; and

3. The real property is sold by the City of Cole Camp, Missouri, for not less than the real property value determined by said appraiser plus the fee charged by said appraiser, with all closing fees, title commitments and recording fees paid for by the buyer of said real property.
