(a)
It is hereby declared to be a nuisance for any person to keep any cattle, horses, chickens or other fowl, sheep, goats, hogs, pigs or any other member of the swine family of animals, including potbelly or miniature pigs, within the city limits.
(b)
For the purpose of this section, the term “potbelly pig” or “miniature pig” shall refer to a variety of swine that is not more than 18 inches in height at shoulder level when full grown that and has short erect ears and a straight tail.
