Ordinances designating streets, parts of streets or other areas
as no-parking or restricted parking areas are on file in the city
secretary’s office. Such ordinances are specifically saved from
repeal upon adoption of the Code of Ordinances.

The following words, when used in this article, shall have the
meaning respectively ascribed to it:
Non-self-propelled vehicle.
The term non-self-propelled vehicle shall mean any object
on wheels, which cannot propel itself and which must be moved by towing
or pushing the object with a self-propelled vehicle. Non-self-propelled
vehicle shall include but not be limited to: trailers, boats on trailers,
barbecue pits on wheels, and travel trailers.
Street.
A road or public way within the corporate limits of the city
which can and is generally designated and used for travel. Street
includes the main traveled portion of the road and all easement and
rights-of-way contiguous thereto.

No person shall park or allow to be parked or store or allow
to be stored any non-self-propelled vehicle on a public street in
the city for a period in excess of 72 hours each year. Non-self-propelled
vehicles are allowed on the public streets of the city only while
said vehicles are being towed or pushed by a self-propelled motor
vehicle. All non-self-propelled vehicles being used on the streets
of the city must be in compliance with all of the licensing requirements
of the state and city.

Anyone found guilty of violating this division shall be punished
by a fine of not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than five hundred
dollars ($500.00).
