(a)
It shall be unlawful for any owner of inhabited property or occupier
or inhabitant of same to fail to subscribe to garbage or trash collection
services within the city. Such collection shall be governed by the
terms of the current franchise agreement for such services.
(b)
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the terms or provisions
of this article, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
be fined in a sum of not less than $1.00 nor more than $200.00.
