It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any waste water, grease, or greasy water to escape from any private premises into any street, alley or sidewalk of the city. It shall be unlawful for any operator or manager of any gasoline service station or garage and any employee, agent, or servant of any person owning or operating such garage or gasoline service station to permit any grease, greasy water or any water used in washing or cleaning any vehicle or machinery to escape from any private premises into any street, alley or sidewalk in the city. It shall also be unlawful for any person operating such garage or service station and for any employee, agent or servant of any such operator or owner of such garage or service station to wash any vehicle on any street, alley or sidewalk of the city.
