The application for a permit to hold a temporary sale in the R-1, R-2 or R-3 district shall be accompanied by service fee in the sum of ten dollars ($10.00).

Upon the proper filing of an application for a zoning district change the applicant shall pay to the city filing fees as follows:
(1) 
Change to one of the standard zone districts:
One hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) filing fee plus mailing and public notice fees for each different zoning district requested.
(2) 
Specific use permit request:
Two hundred dollars ($200.00) filing fee per request plus mailing and public notice fees.
(3) 
Planned district or planned district amendment:
Three hundred dollars ($300.00) filing fee plus seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for each tract for which separate planned district regulations are requested in excess of one (1).
(4) 
Combined request:
The total fee shall be the sum of the fees required for each of the separate categories specified in subsections (1), (2), and (3) above, including the fees specified for more than one (1) district, planned district tract or specific use permit.
(5) 
Separate planned district site plan review:
Three hundred dollars ($300.00).
