HUD-code manufactured home.A structure, constructed on or after June 15, 1976, meeting the National Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards Act as administered by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, transportable in one or more sections, which in the traveling mode is eight body feet or more in width or forty body feet or more in length, or when erected on-site is 320 or more square feet, and which is built on a permanent chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, and includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
Park.Mobile home and/or travel trailer park.
Person.Any natural individual, firm, trust, partnership, association or corporation.
Mobile home or travel trailer.Any vehicle or similar portable structure having no original foundation other than wheels, jacks, blocks or skirting, and so designed or constructed as to permit occupancy for dwelling for sleeping purposes. Provided, however, that for purposes of determining the distances hereinafter specified in section 3.06.091(b) of this article, the term “mobile home and travel trailer” shall include any portable, prefabricated, temporary room, commonly called “cabans” that is attached to such “mobile home.”
Mobile home and/or travel trailer park.Any plot of ground upon which one or more mobile homes or travel trailers, occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes, are located, regardless of whether or not a charge is made for such accommodations.
Mobile home and/or travel trailer lot.A plot of ground within a mobile home and/or travel trailer park designed for the accommodation of one mobile home or travel trailer, with or without pay.
