Editor's note—Ord. No. 1204, § 1, adopted Jan. 22, 2001, repealed Art. II, §§ 70-41—70-46, which pertained to the park and recreation board, derived from Ord. No. 892, §§ 1—6, adopted June 19, 1991; and Ord. No. 1060, § 1, adopted Aug. 26, 1997. Sec. 2 of Ord. No. 1204 adopted new provisions which pertained to the park and leisure services advisory board to read as set forth in §§ 70-41—70-45.
