The annual report of the fire department shall contain a statement
of the property and apparatus in possession of the department and
its condition, the number of regular firemen constituting each company,
the number and kind of alarms answered, the estimated value of property
affected and the amount of property damage caused by fires, and such
other information as the chief of the department may deem pertinent.
