Fees for building permits are as follows:

$100.00 for original permits for residential structures to include tiny home, manufactured home and stick-built home.
(2)
$50.00 for renewal permits for residential structures.
(3)
$75.00 for all external additions on existing structures to include attached and freestanding garages, carports and storage.
(4)
$50.00 for RV parking permit.
(5)
$200.00 for original permits for commercial structures.
(6)
$100.00 for renewal permits for commercial structures.
