For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
A vehicle having two wheels in tandem, pedals and a handlebar, whether entirely human-powered or powered (in part or entirely) by batteries, by a gas or electric motor or by another nonhuman power source. This term shall include vehicles such as ebikes, mopeds and minibikes. This term shall also include a bicycle which has two smaller training wheels attached in the rear to aid in learning how to ride a bicycle.
A bicycle, tricycle or unicycle as defined herein.
Any vehicle not specifically defined herein which has one or more wheels, which is powered by batteries, by a gas or electric motor or by another nonhuman power source, including but not limited to vehicles such as go-carts, golf carts and Segways.
A miniature model of a car, truck or other vehicle which is powered by batteries, by a gas or electric motor, or by another nonhuman powered source, and which is controlled remotely by a human operator.
A vehicle consisting of a board mounted on wheels, with a handlebar used for steering and a vertical bar connecting the board to the handlebars, whether entirely human-powered or powered (in part or entirely) by batteries, by a gas or electric motor or by another nonhuman power source.
A vehicle consisting of a board mounted on wheels, whether entirely human-powered or powered (in part or entirely) by batteries, by a gas or electric motor, or by another nonhuman power source.
A pair of boots, or metal frame fitted to shoes, with four or more small wheels for gliding across a hard surface. This term includes both roller skates and in-line skates.
A vehicle consisting of three wheels, one large one in front and two smaller ones in the rear, pedals, a seat and handlebars, whether entirely human-powered, or powered (in part or entirely) by batteries, by a gas or electric motor, or by another nonhuman power source.
A vehicle consisting of a wheel, pedals, a seat, and a vertical bar connecting the seat to the wheels, whether entirely human-powered or powered (in part or entirely) by batteries, by a gas or electric motor, or by another nonhuman power source.
