The Town Clerk shall furnish for the use of the voters at Town Meetings "yes" and "no" ballots, with letters not less than one inch high, and shall also provide regular voting lists for use of the town tellers at Town Meetings and town elections.

The Town Clerk shall keep a file of all town reports, reports submitted by all committees chosen by the town and all original documents relating to the affairs of the town which come into his custody.
The Town Clerk shall see that every conveyance to the town of any interest in land is properly recorded in the Registry of Deeds.
The Town Clerk, immediately after every Town Meeting, shall notify in writing all members of committees who may be elected or appointed at such Meeting, stating the business upon which they are to act and the names of the persons composing the committees, and also shall notify all officers, boards and committees of all votes passed at such Meeting in any way affecting them.
