The Town Clerk shall charge the following fees for the following services:

Entering a certificate of marriage filed by persons married out of the commonwealth | $5 |
Examining records relating to birth, marriage or death | Actual expense thereof, but not less than $5 |
Copying any manuscript or record pertaining to a birth, marriage or death | $5 |
Filing and indexing assignment of the benefit of creditors | $5 |
Filing a certificate of a person conducting business under any title other than his real name | $20 |
Filing, by a person conducting business under any title other than his real name, of a statement of change | $10 |
Furnishing a certified copy of a certificate of a person conducting business under any title other than his own name | $5 |
Recording power of attorney | $10 |
Recording a certificate of registration for an optometrist, podiatrist, physician or osteopath | $20 |
Recording an order granting locations of poles, conduits, etc., under the provisions of MGL C. 166, § 22 | $40 flat rate, plus an additional $5 for each street included in the order |
Receiving and filing a complete inventory of all items to be included in a closing-out sale, etc. | $10 |

B.
On any document requiring more than one page, the charge shall be $2 for each additional page.
