§ 4-08-010 Prohibited activity.

No person shall displace snow from privately owned land onto a public way.

§ 4-08-020 Violations and penalties.

[Amended 5-15-1989 ATM, Art. 44]

Any property owner displacing snow from privately owned property onto a public way, or responsible for displacing snow from privately owned property onto a public way, shall be subject to a fine of $50.
