It shall be the policy of this Board that whenever an individual Selectman receives a citizen’s complaint which has as its subject a matter under the jurisdiction of the Administrative Officer, the Selectmen shall first submit the complaint to the Administrative Officer. Thereafter, if the issue is not resolved or is not resolved to the Selectmen’s satisfaction, the complaint may be brought before a meeting of the Selectmen.
