Vehicles having a total weight, including load, exceeding 10,000 pounds shall be prohibited from using the following streets or parts of streets, except as provided for in § 183-96 hereof:

Limits
Crawford Street
From West Main Street north to Church Street
Reservoir Street
From the intersection of Crawford Street and Church Street east to the Boylston Town line
Vehicles having a total weight, including load, exceeding 10,000 pounds but not exceeding 20,000 pounds, making deliveries to or picking up loads from properties along said streets are permitted to travel to and from such properties at speeds not exceeding 15 miles per hour.
This regulation shall take effect upon publication of this notice and posting of weight limitations at each end of said streets affected hereby.
