The Borough of McKees Rocks hereby agrees, pursuant to the provisions of the aforementioned agreement to pay the aggregate amount of all sewage service charges imposed by the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority pursuant to said agreement, which otherwise would be payable by sewer users within the Borough of McKees Rocks for the transportation and treatment service rendered, in consideration of the performance by the Allegheny County Sanitary Sewer Authority of the legal duty of the Borough of McKees Rocks to cease the pollution of waters of the commonwealth. The Borough of McKees Rocks hereby covenants that it will pay each quarterly statement of the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority, out of current revenues of the Borough of McKees Rocks and within 60 days after the date of billing therefor, for the transportation and treatment services rendered.

The Borough of McKees Rocks shall bill all customers of the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority in an amount at least equal to the amounts which would be payable otherwise by sewer users within the Borough of McKees Rocks for the transportation and treatment service rendered by the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority.
The aforementioned change in the method of billing and obligations of the Borough of McKees Rocks in connection therewith shall become effective as soon as possible after the happening of all of the following conditions:
A.
Approval of the change in method of billing by the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority.
B.
Payment to the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority of any and all delinquent sanitary sewer service bills rendered to the Borough of McKees Rocks on or prior to the effective date of the change of the billing.
C.
Reasonable prior written notice or advertisement of such change in the billing method to the Authority's customers in the Borough of McKees Rocks.
D.
Reasonable prior written notice to the Authority of the commencement of the changed billing method. Prior to said notice, billings shall continue by said Authority as heretofore.
All other terms and conditions of said agreement are to remain in full force and effect.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances conflicting herewith be and the same are hereby repealed insofar as the same may conflict herewith.
