All new buildings, alterations and additions, including repairs
and maintenance, except one- and two-family dwellings, in the City
of Marion shall conform to the Wisconsin Commercial Building Code,
Chs. SPS 361 through 366, Wis. Adm. Code, which is hereby adopted
and incorporated by reference and as may be amended from time to time.
