A. 
Any yard facing upon a public street shall be considered a front yard and shall confirm to the minimum front yard requirements established for the zone in which the yard is located.
B. 
No accessory structures shall be erected in any front yard, with the exception of:
(1) 
Flagpoles.
(2) 
Signs.
(3) 
Lampposts.
(4) 
Ornamental objects.
(5) 
Seasonal decorations.
C. 
No front yard in any residential zone shall be used for the storage and/or parking of boats, trailers, equipment or vehicles exceeding 2,000 pounds. Other vehicles which are in operating condition and which are parked on a driveway are permitted.
D. 
Violations and penalties. Any person, business entity or organization who violates the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $2,000, or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or a period of community service for not more than 90 days, or any combination thereof, for each offense, in the discretion of the court.
