A. 
The Borough of Englishtown shall either appoint a construction official and other employees to perform all State Uniform Construction Code enforcement with the Borough or enter into a shared services agreement with another local entity to provide such services.
B. 
Such enforcement will be in accordance with state regulations.
C. 
The public shall have the right to do business with the enforcing personnel at a location with the Borough Hall of the Borough of Englishtown, or, in the case of a shared services agreement, at the offices of a local municipality handling the duties set forth above.

Appeals shall be handled at the Monmouth County Board of Appeals and/or consistent with the applicable state law or regulation.

All fees for construction permits and subcode fees shall be as set forth by the Department of Community Affairs in the New Jersey Administrative Code.[1]
