Any organization that requests assistance of any form from the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Englishtown must be registered with all appropriate government agencies, including state and county agencies, and a copy of that certification must be provided to the Borough upon demand.

Council may require at any time an accounting and financial documentation as to the status of the organization in question and same must be provided to the Mayor and Council upon demand.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
