It shall be unlawful for any person to consume, including but
not limited to smoking, vaping, aerosolizing, burning of, inhaling
from, or exhaling the smoke from marijuana, cannabis or be in possession
of a cannabis item while on public property, including but not limited
to parks, parking lots, ball fields, school yards, and public rights-of-way,
in the Township of Florence.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by
imprisonment for a period not exceeding 90 days, or by community service
for a period not exceeding 90 days, or any combination thereof.
