Editor's note—Ord. 2015-005, sec. 1, adopted April 20, 2015, set out provisions for use herein as arts. I—VII, secs. 42-1—42-10, 42-20—42-36, 42-45, 42-55—42-59, 42-70—42-73, 42-80—42-85, and 42-95—42-99. Inasmuch as provisions with similar numbering already existed, at the direction of the city, the existing provisions numbered arts. III—VII were maintained by renumbering as new arts. VIII—XII.
Chapter 42 is included herein as published in the 2010 Code of Ordinances, as supplemented. Article, division and section numbers have not been changed.
