All building structures within the city limits shall be identified
with appropriate numbers as assigned by the city engineer. Builders
of new structures will request the number assignment at the time the
building permit is obtained.

All owners of existing structures are responsible to maintain
numbers assigned to their business or residence.

Numbers will be affixed to the side of the structure facing
the street in such a place and manner where they can be readily seen
without obstruction.

The city engineer may paint or otherwise install the business
or residential address numbers on curbs for all structures within
the city limits.
