Editor's note—Ordinance 1754, adopted Feb. 11, 2008, repealed former Ch. 4, §§ 4-1—4-14, 4-31—4-35, 4-51, and enacted a new Ch. 4 as set out herein. The former Ch. 4 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from Ordinance 1598, adopted August 8, 2005.
