including the Mining Superintendent and Planning Commission, access
to the facility during normal operation hours to inspect the mineral

immediate access. The initial investigation of any violations of mining
ordinances will commence at the Mining Superintendent and Planning
Commission level for fact finding and report with recommendations
to the Town Board.
The operator shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance
of public and private property which is damaged by it, its agents
or employees in conducting business or any other activity associated
with the mineral extraction facility.
A development agreement will be required for all mineral extraction
permits, including seasonal extraction permits.
