A.
Every person desiring to conduct or maintain a boarding home for children shall procure a license from this Board.
B.
It shall be the duty of the person boarding one or more children for revenue or otherwise, not attended by parents or guardians, to notify forthwith the Health Officer or Clerk of the Board.
