The following streets have been identified for repair and/or construction and shall be collectively identified and designated as the capital improvement program for streets for fiscal year 2022-2023 with repairs and improvements to be made in accordance with the city's adopted budget:

(8) 
Willow.
(9) 
Cottonwood.
(10) 
Trace Drive.
(11) 
Frontier Parkway, lighting and crosswalks.

(2) 
S4 - 24" sewer trunk line.
(3) 
W1 - 16" water main.
(4) 
S2 - 14" sewer force main.
