City of Long Branch, NJ Article IV Redevelopment Plan for Block 215, Lots 3 and 5.01

§ 269-9 Adoption of redevelopment plan.

The redevelopment plan, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk and which is incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved and adopted.

§ 269-10 Zoning Map amended.

The sections of the Zoning Map of the City that relate to the redevelopment area are hereby amended to incorporate therein the provisions of the redevelopment plan.
