The Recreation Director with approval by the Township Manager shall be permitted to increase the fees set forth in § 40-1.1 on January 1 of each year based on the increase in costs to run the program, with the increase in costs per participant being added to the amount charged in the previous year. The new fees shall be posted in the Recreation Department and in Town Hall by January 1 each year.

a. 
There shall be a $5 discount on the fees set forth in § 40-1.1 if registered in the first two days of registration.
b. 
There shall be a fee of $5 added to the fees set forth in § 40-1.1 for registration after the deadline for registration established by the Director of Recreation, when late registration is permitted by the Director of Recreation.

Any family that enrolls a child for the entirety of the Summer Camp may receive a one-week discount on the total price per registrant. For example, six weeks at $225 weekly equals $1,350; if paid in full, total equals $1,125.

No refunds will be issued after the start of a program's first event except for one of the following reasons:
a. 
The session is canceled by Rec due to low enrollment.
b. 
The request is accompanied by a written medical excuse from a physician.

There shall be a $25 tryout fee for all travel sports teams which shall be nonrefundable.

All returning volunteer coaches shall receive a fee waiver for the registration of one child who is registering for the same sport that coach is coaching.

a. 
Residency is required for most programs. To receive resident rates, Belleville residents are required to present identification such as a valid driver's license, photo ID card, or utility bill to establish residency.
b. 
Nonresidents may register for select adult, senior, and youth programs. The Director of Recreation shall determine the programs that will permit nonresident participation. The fee for nonresident participation shall be two times the fee set forth in § 40-1.1.
c. 
Registration for nonresidents will commence after registration has closed for residents unless the Director of Recreation establishes alternate registration dates.

Any individual, business, or organization may provide support to the Recreation Department by completing a sponsorship application and paying a sponsorship fee to be established by the Director of Recreation. The purpose of the sponsorship is:
a. 
To provide businesses an advertising opportunity; and
b. 
To support the youth in the community by helping with funding uniforms, equipment, travel expenses, and supplies.
