For any regulated activity, unless exempt per the provisions of § 26-106:
A.
Preparation and implementation of an approved SWM site plan is required.
B.
No regulated activity shall commence until the municipality issues written approval of an SWM site plan which demonstrates compliance with the requirements of this chapter and, if required, a letter of adequacy has been issued by the Conservation District for an erosion and sediment control plan.
C.
The preliminary or final approval of subdivision and/or land development plans, and the issuance of any building or occupancy permit shall not proceed until the applicant has received written approval of an SWM site plan from the municipality.
D.
The SWM site plan approved by the municipality shall be on-site throughout the duration of the regulated activity.
