One percent.
The city has hereby adopted a one percent local sales and use tax.
(b)
One fourth of one percent.
The city hereby reauthorizes a local sales and use tax in the city at the rate of one fourth of one percent (0.25%) to continue providing revenue for maintenance and repair of municipal streets.
