No person shall give or cause to be given any false alarm of fire, break or cause to be broken any fire alarm box or any pole, post or wire connected with the fire alarm system, or injure or in any manner interfere with or interrupt the working of the same.

Any person convicted of violating the provisions of MMC 725.01 shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $500.00 together with costs of prosecution and may be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days.
