Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at intersections on Village streets described in Schedule I: Traffic Control Signals.[1]

The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II: Speed Limits shall be as indicated in said schedule.[1]

No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III: School Speed Limits,[1] in the areas described in said Schedule III, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII: Prohibited Right Turns on Red Signal.[1]

All vehicles entering the streets and parts of streets designated in Schedule VIII: Through Highways[1] as through highways shall come to a full stop before entering such streets and parts of streets. Stop signs controlling traffic entering streets and parts of streets designated as through highways shall be placed to regulate those streets intersecting with said through highways.

Commercial vehicles, including trucks, tractors, tractor-trailer combinations, tractor-semitrailer combinations, or tractor-trailer-semitrailer combinations, in excess of 26,000 pounds, or wider than eight feet, or any vehicle requiring a commercial driver's license in New York State, shall be permitted only on streets or parts of streets in the Village of Briarcliff Manor which are specified in Schedule XI: Truck Size Restrictions.[1] Such restrictions shall not apply to truck delivering merchandise, other property or service along or in the vicinity of any such designated streets.
