(a) The owner (person or persons to whom a motor vehicle is registered
to or whoever has direct control of said vehicle’s disposition)
shall not allow the said vehicle or vehicles to be parked on any road,
highway, or street, nor may he have said vehicle or vehicles parked
in any yard or driveway that is not under his control within the city
limits, unless the vehicle is in compliance with this section. A current
state license plate and a valid inspection sticker must be applicable
to said vehicle that is left parked, whether said vehicle is operative
or inoperative.
(b) A notice will be given to have said vehicle or vehicles moved outside
the city limits, within a ten (10) day period, or said vehicle or
vehicles will be moved, by a court order, issued from the municipal
court of the city.
