There shall be a nonrefundable application fee of $75.00.

An applicant for a registration certificate to engage in solicitation
activities shall pay a nonrefundable application fee as follows:
(1) Annual
permit fee for person, firm, corporation, or organization and a single
agent, employee, or volunteer: $50.00.

permit for each additional agent, employee, or volunteer: $10.00.

(a) Annual
inspection and license fee.
An owner, operator, or lessee
of premises on which an amusement redemption machine is made available
to others shall pay an annual inspection and license fee of one thousand
dollars ($1,000.00) per amusement redemption machine.
(b) Release
of sealed machine.
A one thousand dollar ($1,000.00)
fee will be charged for the release of each machine sealed for nonpayment
of the amusement redemption machine establishment license fee.
