The meter deposit rate is as follows:

(a) One-day
connection.
There shall be a one-day service connect
from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. that includes no more than 1,000 gallons
water and sewer at $35.00.
(b) Two-week
connection.
There shall be a two-week temporary connection
for a deposit of $125.00, and $50.00 of the deposit is nonrefundable,
and no more than twice in a two-month period per location.

There shall be a fee in the amount of $14.00 for a late penalty
if a water bill is paid after the 10th of the month.

(b) There
shall be an additional deposit of $50.00 required if after the second

the customer if the meter has not been misread or the meter is not

It is mandated that new construction shall have a sewer backflow
preventer installed at customer expense, and the charge to a customer
for this backflow preventer shall be $50.00 plus parts.

(a) The
rate for residential garbage pickup service within the corporate limits
of the city is $16.63 for one time a week service, and commercial
accounts at a rate of $17.25 for once-a-week service. Garbage services
are required if the residence is located within the corporate limits
of the city. All other garbage charges will be charged by rate contracted
company bill plus 10%.
(b) All
dumpsters require a deposit of $250.00 per dumpster, and the full
deposit will be applied to the dumpster account when requested closed;
a refund will be issued for remaining refund [deposit] to the customer
after the final bill.

(a) Surcharges
during water rationing.
(1) Single-family residential customers.

customers shall pay the following surcharges:
(A) $25.00 for the first 1,000 gallons over allocation.
(B) $50.00 for the second 1,000 gallons over allocation.
(C) $75.00 for the third 1,000 gallons over allocation.
(D) $100.00 for each additional 1,000 gallons over allocation.
Surcharges shall be cumulative.

(2) Master-metered multifamily residential customers.
Customers
billed from a master meter shall pay the following monthly surcharges:
(A) $25.00 for 1,000 gallons over allocation up through 1,000 gallons
for each dwelling unit.
(B) $50.00 thereafter, for each additional 1,000 gallons over allocation
up through a second 1,000 gallons for each dwelling unit.
(C) $75.00 thereafter, for each additional 1,000 gallons over allocation
up through a third 1,000 gallons for each dwelling unit.
(D) $100.00 thereafter for each additional 1,000 gallons over allocation.
Surcharges shall be cumulative.

(3) Commercial customers and industrial customers.
Nonresidential
commercial and industrial customers shall pay the following surcharges:
(A) $25.00 per thousand gallons for the first 1,000 gallons over allocation.
(B) $50.00 per thousand gallons for the second 1,000 gallons over allocation.
(C) $75.00 per thousand gallons for the third 1,000 gallons over allocation.
(D) $100.00 per thousand gallons for each additional 1,000 gallons over
allocation.
Surcharges shall be cumulative.

(b) Reconnection
charge after discontinuance of service for violation:
