City of Rensselaer, NY Article IV Assistance Involving Neighboring Municipalities

§ 43-23 Delegation of authority.

The Common Council of the City of Rensselaer hereby delegates to the City of Rensselaer Chief of Police the authority and power to request and grant police assistance involving neighboring municipalities pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law §§ 209-m and 119-o.
